The room was cozy, but the fridge was a bit noisy.

Great location, well decorated, very clean and nice! Everything is comfortable, there are all the necessary details.

Location is particularly good, property is clean and breakfast is amazing. The rooms are well-appointed and beautifully maintained, have hypo-allergenic pillows. It offers extremely comfy bed and amazing services. Special thanks to easy going and best staff for making my stay a very nice experience.

One small bar of soap for a multi-day stay feels a bit inadequate, and it's not very hygienic to have it lying around after use.

It is a relaxing and pretty standard property located in Manhattan district right by nearest subway station, all other parts of the city, and good supermarkets across Houston. The location is excellent and stunning, in a quiet residential neighborhood.

The staff were exceptionally nice, a real pleasure to deal with. The breakfast was marvellous with lots of fresh options.

The room was spacious, with a full kitchen and super comfy beds, while the neighborhood was vibrant yet peaceful. Excellent communication from the staff, and just a six-minute walk to the subway made exploring the city effortless. Truly an amazing value!

great stay with a few minor issues

The host's warm welcome. The very nice location allowed me to easily explore a variety of dining options and the vibrant neighborhood. I found the small kitchen area helpful for making snacks,. The fast Wi-Fi and the inviting outdoor space added to the overall experience.

I loved my stay! The King Suite with Sofa Bed was super spacious and comfy, and the little kitchen was a game changer for snacks. The bathroom was large but could use some updates. Definitely planning to return!

The full kitchen and balcony were excellent features, awesome for meals in a cozy setting despite the noise from the bustling area. Cleanliness was consistently great. The roll-out cot was sagging and uncomfortable, impacting sleep quality, and the kitchen could use basic items like sugar and coffee to elevate convenience. A more approachable attitude from the volunteer organizer during a charitable activity would have made things easier, especially who may not be as physically capable.
